Upper Potomac Riverkeeper and Friends of Cacapon River keep their eye on the pristine Cacapon River. They took a stand to assure the health of the river, riparian buffers, and public access when they issued a statement about necessary protections before authorities grant a permit to construct a new riverside campground.
