Join Us on March 19 to Help Launch the Sea Dog!
The Sea Dog Will Help Us Keep the Potomac River Clean
Join your Riverkeepers, representatives from the Peterson Companies, the National Harbor, the Junior League, elected officials and other environmental supporters to help us launch our new water monitoring boat the Sea Dog!
The Sea Dog is a 42-foot Chesapeake Deadrise vessel, donated to the Potomac Riverkeeper Network by Adm. J. Paul Reason and his family, and housed at the National Harbor thanks to the generosity of the Peterson family. The boat will be a floating laboratory where we will patrol the Potomac River to monitor the quality of the river so it will be fishable, drinkable and swimmable for everyone!
Come help us launch the Sea Dog!
March 19, 11 am
