Public Meeting: Savage River Wild & Scenic

The Savage River Wild & Scenic Work Group invites you all to a public meeting for an an open dialogue to answer questions about the Wild and Scenic process. We have learned a great deal from our survey about how landowners feel about the Savage River.

There will be a meet and greet opportunity from 6 to 6:30. We will begin the public meeting at 6:30 with a presentation from the Work Group that will include a summary of the process and our intentions, an analysis of the survey results, and an introduction of Charles Barscz, Chief of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers program (National Park Service). The presentation should only take a half hour and then we will begin the public discussion and answer questions.
