Join Us on the Shenandoah River July 13 for Our River Rodeo!

Our annual Shenandoah River Rodeo is Saturday, July 13 at the Bentonville Low Water Bridge Campground. Our region’s best fishing guides donate their guide fees to Shenandoah Riverkeeper! We want to fill up their boats — the fees you pay to your guide go directly to help support the Shenandoah Riverkeeper’s work. Lots of fun, food and camaraderie!! Camping available both Friday and Saturday nights! Cookout provided Saturday night!

A little tent city will emerge Friday afternoon and pack up sometime Sunday morning. So plan accordingly. Actual fishing will take place after the Saturday 7:30 am rules meeting at the campground. Get off the water four or five-ish and have a grilled steak dinner six-ish while trading stories about the day!

If you are an angler and need a seat, just let me know and we’ll see if we can’t match you up! Contact Shenandoah Riverkeeper Mark Frondorf at if you would like to experience Shenandoah smallmouth bass fishing at its finest!
